  • Is this for Booster Club members only?

No, everyone is welcome! Grab a group of your friends and join us for a fun adult night out! There will be an extra door prize drawing for Booster Club members only, along with an opportunity to register for the Booster Club at the event, if you are interested.

  • Why are tickets $50.00? It seems high priced for dinner.

The ticket price doesn’t just include dinner. It’s an evening out with dinner, dancing and a silent auction at a private club. We will be giving out door prizes throughout the night and you will also leave with a little treat to take home! And above all, 70% of each ticket is going straight to the purchase of athletic equipment for our CCA students.

  • What is the dress code? Is it really OK to wear jeans?

Absolutely! Your favorite jeans are just fine, but so is the Masquerade look! There’s no dress code. This can be a very casual evening or a chance to dress up! It’s your choice!

  • What will be served for dinner?

The University Club will be servicing roast beef, garlic mashed potatoes & gravy, green bean casserole, salad & rolls. Your dinner comes with tea and lemonade. We will also have a cupcake bar set up!

  • Will there be alcohol served?

Yes, there will be a full cash bar the night of the gala. The staff will be better prepared for our fun CCA group and will have a well stocked bar.

  • I don’t dance. Will I feel out of place?

Not at all! The event will have dinner and an emcee. Once the dancing starts, you can continue to mingle at any of the tables in the ballroom.

  • Where is the money raised going?

The proceeds from the gala will be used for purchasing new equipment for all CCA athletic programs. With more equipment, all student athletes will have more opportunities to train.

  • I’ve heard you can sponsor a table. What does that mean?

For $75.00 you can sponsor a centerpiece that will be used at the gala. You will receive a frame with your company’s name on a table, bar or at the silent auction tables. You will also be acknowledged at the podium and in the program. There are other sponsor opportunities and can anyone interested can contact ccaboosterclubgala@gmail.com.

  • I want to make sure I can sit with the group I come with. Will there be assigned seating?

As you enter the gala, we will have place cards. You put your placecard at the table you choose and sit with whomever you want. There is no assigned seating.

  • Are tickets available at the door the night of the gala?

Unfortunately, the answer is no. We have to have the head count to the club by late-February!

  • How do you become a Booster Club member? What is the cost? Can I sign up at the Gala?

The member dues are only $30.00 or $50.00 annually. We will have a table set up the night of the gala to sign up, if you wish. You will then be added in the member drawing!

  • Do you take credit cards?

Tickets, silent auction items, monetary donations and centerpieces can be purchased using credit cards. The University Club doesn’t take credit cards, so anything purchased at the bar will be cash only.
